Several years ago we upgraded our Toshiba Strata CIX phone system. At that time eManager was loaded on a Windows 7 PC. Recently we removed that PC and are now using a Windows 10 machine. We purchased the updated eManager software from a local vendor and our office loaded it without issue. However, it does not connect.
