Purchased dlc wont download ps4

DLC won't download even though it is purchased. So I recently bought some DLC from the Japanese PS Store. I bought a code from playasia and entered it. Everything worked out fine. The DLC I bought was the season pass (which included new costumes and such) for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone, a game exclusively on the Japanese store.  · It says it is in the queue to download, but its the only one in the line. Answer (1 of 5): I think your PSN account and the disk you bought does not have the same region, e.g. maybe you are in the USA, but you bought a EU disk. In these cases, downloaded/digitally bought DLCs won't work. It is imperative that the DLCs be downloaded from the same region where the disk. So I'm on PS4, and I would like to note that Weapon Pack 2 installed just fine for me, but I bought the tree stand DLC a few days ago. I installed it and logged in, and as anyone else would do, I immediately went to the store to get my fill. I scrolled down and there was no section for tree stands under buildable structures, and there was no indication that I had even gotten it.

Normally starting the game the content is for, installs it - the PS4 does not always install content, if it's add on or game updates - until the game boots. It should then install the content.
